ABOUT ME
Helping People Create Lasting Change Through Intentional Integration
Connie Rojas-Inman is a Certified Microdosing Coach & Facilitator through the Microdosing Institute, guiding individuals through intentional microdosing journeys that combine evidence-informed education with nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and intentional integration.
She is also a Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA #7878, California) with a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and those with sensory processing and regulation differences through nervous system-informed approaches. Her work has focused on co-regulation, sensory processing, and the relationship between the nervous system, communication, and overall well-being.
Born and raised in Argentina before immigrating to the United States, Connie brings a bicultural perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges of adapting to a new country, navigating identity, and building a life far from home. These experiences continue to shape her compassionate, culturally responsive approach to healing and personal transformation.
Her approach is grounded in the understanding that microdosing can create a unique window of neuroplasticity, while intentional integration is what transforms that opportunity into meaningful, lasting change. Rather than focusing on the medicine alone, she helps clients cultivate the daily practices, awareness, and nervous system capacity that allow new patterns to take root.
Connie's work is informed by current research in neuroplasticity, Polyvagal Theory, somatic approaches, mind-body healing, and Nonviolent Communication. She draws inspiration from the work of James Fadiman, Stephen Porges, Peter Levine, Alan Gordon, Dan Siegel, and Gabor Maté, among others. These perspectives shape a coaching experience that is individualized, practical, compassionate, and grounded in our evolving understanding of how the brain and nervous system adapt, regulate, and heal.
